Understanding your role in HIV management within the workplace is important because your response must be objective yet empathetic and non-discriminatory. CLICKS Pty Ltd has established a system whereby every employee is educated and provided services to assist them and their families, if they have HIV. The CLICKS case study is presented as an example of company best practice in the field of Health Care management.
